401(k) Plan
Every team member is eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan after three months of employment (and age 18). You can contribute a percentage of your pay on a pre-tax basis with a hospital match of 100% on the first 3% of your contribution, plus an additional 50% match on the next 2% of your contribution. You are always 100% vested in the contributions to your account.
