Free Pain Screenings
The Bellevue Hospital Rehabilitation Services Departments offers free pain screenings for anyone that experiences joint pain, muscle pain, arthritis pain, or pain interfering with daily activities.
Lymphedema Management
The Bellevue Hospital now offers lymphedema treatment through our Rehabilitation Services Department. Our Certified Lymphedema Therapist provides Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), a non-invasive therapy used to reduce the effects of lymphedema.
Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
Working closely with patients and referring physicians, physical therapists are able to treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. The Bellevue Hospital also offers a full gym for patients to use to help them reach their mobility goals and expectations.
Trigger Point Dry Needling
Trigger points are small knots that develop in a muscle when it is injured. Dry needling is a procedure that uses a thin, filament needle that is inserted into a trigger point to stimulate recovery response in the muscle.
