The Bellevue Hospital’s (TBH) Substance Use Disorder Committee and Bellevue Recovery and Support Services is hosting a “Hidden In Plain Sight” exhibit to help bring awareness to substance use and high-risk teen behavior.
“Hidden in Plain Sight,” presented by the Community Action for Reducing Substance Abuse (C.A.R.S.A.), is an interactive exhibit that showcases common places drugs and alcohol may be hidden in a child or teenager’s bedroom. Participants of the event will also learn about substance use indicators including behavioral and physical changes. Substance use resources and literature will also be available.
The exhibit will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 25 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at The Bellevue Hospital, 1400 W. Main. Street, Bellevue. The event is free and open to the public. Individuals must be age 18 or older to attend.
