Carrie L. Condon of Sandusky was recently named vice president of finance/chief financial officer of The Bellevue Hospital (TBH). Condon will fill a position that was open when Timothy A. Buit was promoted to TBH’s president and chief executive officer.
“We are excited to find someone with a vast amount of experience in both the acute and post-acute setting. Carrie will be a great asset to TBH as we navigate the remainder of 2020 and beyond,” Buit said.
As vice president/CFO, Condon will work with TBH’s executive team to establish goals, strategies, growth plans and policies. She will guide the organization and affiliates in strategic planning for and implementation of financial/operational systems to succeed as health care reimbursement models change as a result of legislative, regulatory, or marketplace healthcare reform. Key duties include patient financial services, patient access, general accounting, budget and reimbursement, materials management, health information management and case management.
Prior to joining TBH, Condon most recently served as the director of financial reporting for strategy and network development at a large skilled nursing home based out of Florida. She has vast experience in value-based programs, information technology and auditing in both acute and post acute care settings. Condon received her bachelor of science in business administration, specializing in accounting, from Bowling Green State University in May 1999 and earned a master of accountancy with an emphasis in information systems from BGSU in August 2000.
Condon is a native of Sandusky and recently returned to the area. She resides in Sandusky. In her spare time, she is involved with animal welfare programs. Please join us in welcoming Carrie to the TBH family.
